Funny story about this dress - so I saw this on Amazon and thought it was perfect for a wedding my daughter was going to be in. She's super tall and super thin for her age, so fitting her can be a challenge. I initially ordered this in an 8 and the length was perfect (the skirt goes all the way down to the feet) but the bodice was huge on my string bean kid, so I sent it back. Once I got my refund I re-ordered in a smaller size. The dress is amazing, beautiful and well made, but where the 5 stars come in is the Seller. See, 1/2 of California is currently on fire, and the UPS distribution center this was routed through was evacuated or shut down or something, so the dress never arrived and was lost. Of course I waited until the last minute to order in the first place so there was no time to get another one before we had to leave for the destination wedding. I contacted Amazon who contacted the seller and between both stellar customer service departments, I got a refund no problem. In the end I had a back-up dress for her to wear so it was OK. Not as great as we hoped but whatever, my bad for waiting so long.But wait! There's more! I got an email from the seller that they were extremely sorry and even though it would not arrive in time for the event, they insisted on sending me a dress NO CHARGE. I didn't need it but who says no to free???So, we got home from our destination wedding to 2 packages - the missing and the replacement dress, haha. I sent them the 2nd dress back but my daughter is already trying to figure out where she can wear the original dress. She LOVES it and it fits well.Thank you eKidsBridal, although things didn't go according to plan, your customer service is top notch.

This dress is beautiful! In person it’s breathtaking. My daughter received many compliments and the dress fit perfect. The sequin did not bother her at all. (Like some sequin dresses tend to do near the arms). Highly recommend it.

First of all, I have to say that customer service, speed of delivery, and response to customer request with ekidsbridal was outstanding! Excellent company. The dress itself has its positives and negatives.Purchased in black for my 5 year old to wear for a flower girl dress. She is tall and thin for her age, but wears a size XS or 5/6 usually. The 6 was out of stock to I ordered the 4. The fullness of the skirt is GREAT. It has multiple layers of tulle, satin, and crinoline to really make it poofy. No petticoat needed. Length was just above the ankle. There is no give to the bodice, it zips up the side. My daughter did mention the sequins were itchy (beauty is pain baby girl!). The main problem with the dress is the one-sleeve detail. The cut of the bodice goes way too low on the one side. Her little chest keeps being exposed. I plan on attaching another piece of tulle or satin on the other side to help hold it up. I considered ordering a 6 (ekidsbridal managed to find one for me!) but I dont know if it will make it worse. One last thing, you will need to steam this dress on arrival. The tulle does not travel well but once steamed looked much better.

I purchased 2 of these dresses for each of my daughters and wanted them to wear matching outfits for an upcoming party. The dresses were very cute. One was ordered in a size 8 and the other in a size 3. The size 8 was somewhat large in the bust area for my eight year old daughter, which I had already expected as she is very thin and the description of the product did stated they may be somewhat larger than usual. However, the size 3 dress was ridiculously BIG. It did not had a tag so I have no idea even if this is their size 3, it looked more like a size 6 to be honest it was very close in size as the other dress size 8. I had to get them tailored because of time issues I couldn't send them back to return. Tailoring cost was $35.00 for the size 3 and $10.00 for the other dress size 8. I was issued a $10.00 refund by the seller, which helps, but still ended up paying twice the amount for one of the dresses. $$$$$ price doubled when I thought I was getting a good deal. Also, be aware the sequin use on the tops irritated their skin a lot and ended up with scratches all over their arms. very cute dresses, but ended up taking them off only a couple of hours into wearing them and will probably not wear them again.

My daughter was the flower girl in my friends wedding. I bought the dress in a 5 and it was too big, they accepted my return request immediately, I then got the dress in a 4 and it was still too big. The dress is beautiful so I wasn’t giving up and took it to a seamstress who altered it to fit my skinny minney daughter. She wasn’t happy with how itchy it is, ya know.. Sequins lol. But she looked amazing and everyone loved the dress.

I ordered this for my daughters father daughter dance. My daughter is oddly sized. She's normal height for her age but way skinny. So when I got this dress it was too wide in the bodice area. I had to rip out the invisible zipper and take it in on one side.But that might not be an issue for everyone.My concern with the dress is that the bodice was really short too. Even after making my alterations I had to add in a clear bra strap to keep the other side where it should have stayed. Otherwise when she lifted her arm too high her chest showed. Didn't want that.The dress is not that full so I also added in a petty coat under the dress. I would highly suggest getting one if you get this dress.Like I said , beautiful dress but needed a little help to really shine.
