Initially there was a mix up with the bears I got the wrong one but I am very happy as the seller sent me a replacement and also kept in touch with me on all time till the replacement got delivered. And also apologized for the same. Will recommend this seller.The product is good in quality and also unique because other plush toys are typically same this one is different

The soft toy is really very soft & the quality is amazing. I thought the size was small but after using it for a month I realised it’s the perfect size :) Really happy with my bear 🐻
