These are iconic!
I’ve always wanted a pair of Jack Prucell’s and the price was right so I had to get them.

Cute, Comfortable Classics
My daughter and I have the same size feet, so even though I bought these for her, we both wear them. I think they are so comfortable! There is not much support, but since I've worn Keds for years, that doesn't really bother me. Converse are the only brand that don't rub the top of my big toe (around the nail) wrong - I can wear these for hours and not have my big toe hurt from the pressure of the top of the shoe. These are really cute - they are easily grunged down or can be dressed up with jeans and a cute shirt.Bottom Line: There are few things that a 15 year old girl and her mom agree on - but we both like these shoes. We now have 3 pairs - light pink, black, and these "optical white" ones - and there are days when we argue over who gets to wear these. The only complaint I have is that every pair we own makes a cardboard popping sound when you walk. It's toward the ball of the foot - and when the shoe creases, there is an audible sound coming from the shoe. It's weird! I don't have any other shoes that do this, but all three pairs on the Converse do. It isn't bad enough that I'll stop wearing these - I love them! - but it's just something weird I've noticed and thought I would pass on, in case someone else has the same issue. I usually prefer going barefoot or just wearing socks - but I don't mind wearing these cool shoes. I can honestly say they are like wearing nothing - and my daughter says she agrees. I will be buying more colors.

LOVE my Chucks
I love my converse all stars, my chucks. I have flat feet, no arch what so ever, so arches supports hurt my feet, I look for flat shoes. I can wear these all day and I do. I use to buy wide width, I don't have to do that with my chucks. I love the options I have with my chucks. This is my 4th pair. I wear them every day to work with my business dress causal. I don't wear dress shoes to work, I a jeans and trainers kind of girl. I don't even own a pair of dress shoes.Converse are easy to wash, I toss them in my washer, hang them on the line to dry. Easy.Come is a world of colors. I even plan to make my own pair of tie dyed. Yeah I am that much of a geek. They do not run small, I wear the women's 11 men's/uk 9 these fit great.Honestly I started with my first pair of chucks because of Doctor Who, David Tenant wore them so I had to have a pair. My first pair was red. These are not jogging/running shoes, I would look for a good pair of gym shoes for that, but shooting b-ball, golfing, shopping, casual walking, walking the dog, going to work, running errands, they are awesome. So this is pair 4 for me, I have a dozen more on my wish list. I am to Chucks what other women are to heels and girly shoes.

SO COMFY!
Jack Purcell sneakers are my absolute favorite and go to! This order replaces the ones I bought 15 years ago! I wore them out! I don’t recommend washing them as the rubber can begin to separate from the canvas. But this happened after a 3rd washing in 15 years. Pricy but girl math comes out to less than $10/year!😄

False advertised and jacked up cost
I would give it zero starts but not an option… this is a shady label and not leather

Very comfortable and mold to your feet, but mine have a rough seam
A few years ago, I had a pair of black Chucks that were extremely comfortable. After that, I tried some other sneakers, and when I tried these on again in stores, I thought they had really uncomfortable footbeds. After going through a couple of pairs of $10 sneakers, I decided to try these again. After a day of wear, the footbed feels perfect to me. It gives good support, but it also molds to your feet. Because they lace up a little a higher than my old sneakers, I find that they have better support. I wouldn't say it has a ton of arch support, but I have flat feet and would be uncomfortable with a really high arch anyway. I could definitely walk in these shoes for hours, which is really uncommon for me. Normally, my feet hurt within an hour.I normally wear a size 6, and that was the size I ordered. It fit me perfectly. I was worried about sizing based on all the other reviews, but Amazon's return policy makes it really easy to try shoes and see if they fit. I would recommend just getting your actual size, and if it doesn't fit right, you can go up or down from there. My only complaint is that there's a seam in my left shoe that rubs up against my pinky toe. For the first few days, it was really painful, but I think I now have a callus there. I don't have the same problem in the right shoe. I'm not sure if it's an issue of production or if it's just because my feet are different sizes, but that seam is the only reason I don't wear these shoes every day. I find that after a few days, I have to give my feet a day or two off just so my toe doesn't feel like it's been rubbed raw.
