The lamp is as it looked like on the promotion picture. It was ok to assemble although some of the wire were a bit too long to fit properly in the tubes. The brightness of the light are great the whole living room get the nice light. Only the remote is not working at all. Even if i have change the battery. No instruction what to do and even any guidance who to contact if something is not working . It is very difficult to report this issue. I still could not manage it. But I will give it another try to fix the remote issue.

It’s a great light but the remote control simply does not work. I have been in touch twice with the company (via Amazon) but received no reply. That is unfortunate and disappointing as it would overall have been a great product if the remote was working. Can therefore only give it three stars. Saying that, if you are not fussed about having a remote control, I’d still recommend it, despite poor customer service. It’s a cool looking lamp and the light colours are fantastic.Edited on 22nd July 2019. I initially gave this product 3 stars as the remote didn’t work but the seller did eventually get back to me and it’s now working. It’s fabulous. Really like it. Buy it - and get an adaptor. That’s all you need to do.

Excellent Floor lamp, the white and all the colours are really nice, a heavy base so it's very stable, the lamp comes with a non UK mains plug, the seller immediately sent me a converter and it seems fine, the seller also sent me a free ceiling lamp for my trouble.

the remote crontrol wont work

This product does not come UK ready! It comes with a Chinese two pin plug which is a bulky transformer, when a BS standard 3 pin UK adapter is added it makes the plug massive and, in my opinion, unsafe. This product should not be on sale in the UK! I am almost positive, but I am no expert, that any mains electrical product sold for UK use has to have a British Standard quality 3 pin, fused plug unless it is for use in a bathroom when a two pin is standard. I am very dissatisfied with this product, for £60 I expect it to work straight out of the box with minimal assembly. Do not buy this product!

I’ve been looking for floor lamp for ages,finally I got this one . It’s more than amazing!!! I put it in the corner next to our dining table ,it save lots of space and safe from my little one (she always pull things)which is really important .its extremely bright when fully on ,my eldest loves the disco mode ,easy to control. We love it so much!

it is easy to follow instructions and in around 10 minutes the lamp was ready to go. Just the remote doesn't work first, but solved after talked to seller, who is nice teach me how to sort it out. You can adjust the brightness on this lamp to your preference.

very disappointed not only did not come with UK plug had a two pin only for abroad the remote also never worked for the money your asking this was not what I expected
