A great mask for the right face type...which mine isn't (and most probably aren't)
I spent a lot for these and frankly, they've just never fit that well. I think you have to have a particular face shape and I just didn't get a chance to return mine before the return period expired. I love the idea and the design, but you're going to have to try before committing. In addition, I used new mask cleaner and couldn't get the lenses to clear for weeks. It took multiple treatments and I've never experienced that with a mask before. It was my first experience with Oceanic...and I'm not sure I'd do it again.

Most comfortable mask ever that doesn’t leak.
This is my third one of these masks. I’m replacing a lost one, I absolutely refuse to dive without these masks, they’re the best I’ve ever used in 20 years and I’ve had many masks, most of them I hated except for these.

#Durability! LOOOOVE the strap!!
"Finding the right scuba mask is all about finding the right fit." That's what we are told day 1 of of our open water course. This is true of course, but what they fail to mention (as they're showing you around their overpriced dive shop) is that there are other options out there that fit well, are more durable, and arent marked up by 50%. You should definately try the mask on before using it in the water, but if this one happens to fit then you've hit the jack pot! (and if it doesnt, just return it.) Yes it's expensive, but most dive masks these days are flimsy pieces of garbage; Particularilly the straps and strap connectors. The connectors are usually the first thing to break and if they do manage to hold up, then the rubberband of a strap is sure to snap after your second dive of the day. THIS mask has a very high quality elastic NYLON strap AND connection points that do not protrude (i.e. they do not snag on the boat/your gear and break.) This mask is both low volume and reliable, and by not having to replace your straps after every trip, you will likely save some money in the long run as well.
