I like that the case is clear and the beautiful color of my phone can show through. I don't like that the case itself attracts fingerprints and smudges. I like that it wasn't one of those cases where you felt like you were going to break your phone just to get it in the case, it was easy to get my phone in because the outer edges and corners of the case are somewhat flexible. I don't like that the case doesn't feel like it will offer much protection in the event of a fall, I suspect that the phone may just pop right out of the case if (when...) it falls. I like that the ring grip in the back is comfortable and easy to open/close/rotate. I don't like that the kickstand feature is difficult to get it to stay in place, it sort of slides closed. Also, the placement of the ring/kickstand in the center of the back of the case makes it not compatible with wireless charging, I'd have to take my phone out of the case.As you can see, for every feature I like, there's a feature I don't like. Most importantly, I'm not confident that this protects my phone which is the point of case after all.

This is probably the best phone case around. You will not be disappointed

I had my brand new phone in my pocket. A Samsung Note 10 and it must have slipped out and fell on the floor.I wasn't worried since I had this case, until I looked at my screen! There weren't any scratches or broken glass but I have a fuzzy green and black line going across the middle!! How did that happen if I had a case?!?!I have a tendency to drop my phone so I'm very anal about a good case. I didn't even start using my phone until I received this case! I'm absolutely mortified and returning this item. It had ONE JOB and did not fulfill it.One star for strong magnet and kickstand/finger holder. Other than that disappointing.

Sadly, the ring fell off after 3 months. It is not glued or attached very well, just popped in the back so there is no way to reattach it. The case itself is nice, but sort of useless without the ring and magnet. :(

Only 3 days and the center metal button has come off and my new $1000 phone hit the floor in my truck. Not happy but I guess you should not expect to get quality to protect your expensive equipment for such a low price point.

I like the ring on the back of the Galaxy Note 10 case because I can put my finger through the ring when I go walking to take pictures. I feel the phone will not slip out of my hand and I will not loose my phone. I have not used the ring as a kick stand or on a holder in the car.

I am an absolute klutz when it comes to cell phones. I have the strong tendency to drop and damage them on a regular basis resulting in numerous trips to a local phone repair shop. The case fit my Galaxy Note 10 like a glove. Per usual, I had dropped my phone on several occasions, but the case absorbed all of the impact and left my Galaxy Note 10 completely flawless.
