Not 1/4" thick
Definitely NOT 1/4" thick steel as advertised. More like 1/8" or maybe 3/16ths. But perfect for my application to extend rear shocks for my. 2005 Polaris ATP 500 ATV. Not sure I would want to use them on a full size pickup truck.

Item didn't fit
I have a 95 K2500 (Chevrolet). These didn't quite fit, close but would have to file, drill, etc. I opted to go with longer shocks. Seemed like a good product if they had fit my application.

Perfect fit
Worked perfect for my 95 k1500, I added a torsion lift to my truck and it made it ride terrible so I found these and installed, instead of having to buy expensive oversized shocks.Very economical option

Lightweight but ok
Kind of thin and lightweight so I made my own although I think they would have worked

Extenders that work 97 suburban
Use the new nut on the the old bolt on the bottom . So you can tighten it up better.1997 suburban k1500 4x4

Had to elongate holes
Had to elongate the mounting holes to make it work
