Good Machine but Support is very POOR
There is no proper support available. Support query emails are never answered. The major website portions are in Chinese even on the TAB :English Website. The model library is not accessible. It asks for VIP login. Not able to understand how to register for a VIP membership. The form asks for some Code we tried putting in the Printer Sr No. but it doesn't accept. The standard spool holder supplied is for 750gms Spool only. One KG spool holder is visible in the model library but we are not able to download the same.

Awesome so far, but check the USB cable first.
Just arrived today, so I'll update if anything changes, but so far so good. First warning though: CHECK THE USB CABLE. Mine came with a bad one. I spent almost an hour troubleshooting the software before realizing the cable was the problem. Hooked up with the one I use for my Arduino (I knew it was a good one) and it started working and installed the driver immediately after being plugged in.It comes with tons of goodies in the box (wire cutter, SD cards, SD->USB adapter, etc) and can print without being tethered. I suggest downloading the DoraWare software off their website instead of using replicatorG. It has an easier interface and seems to work better so far. Also, ReplicatorG caused mine to sit and beep the whole time which is pretty annoying. Doraware doesn't cause this issue.Update: 1-11-15So far so good. Still printing well. I recommend using some double sided tape on the bed when doing larger prints. The edges on my large prints tended to peel up a bit without it, but a layer on the bed has lasted weeks before needing changed and definitely fixed the issue. I have not tried to get ReplicatorG to work. I've been very pleased with Doraware, although the 3D preview it provides leave a lot to be desired. It often shows holes where there aren't any and has no zoom or pan, just views from each of the six sides. The spool holder will NOT fit BuMat filament spools, so if you want to use their spools, you'll need to print a new holder. I recommend this one (mine) http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:626893 .

Amazing 3D Printer
This Is A very good 3D Printer. Not only the capability to print out parts with out a computer is cool. But the accuracy is amazing. And it only took me up to hour to start printing my own stuff I designed. Definitely worth every penny

Nice printer, very good quality printing
This is nice hardware that could do nothing but print 4 sample objects, until adequate software was released. Two software packages have now been released (7/1/2014). One, Doraware, works on Windows systems only. The other, ReplcatorG, will work on Windows, MacOS, and Linux. So far I have only tried the Windows version. Both packages take advantage of the printer's very good specs and produce smooth, clean output requiring a minimum of trimming. To achieve higher quality, print times will be longer in "fine" mode". A "draft" mode is available.I have been 3D printing for 3 years with a Reprap Mendel printer with a 3mm nozzle. The 0.4mm nozzle on the Ideawerk produces much better results. The 0.18mm minimum step size is good.I still have one issue to resolve, but that does not affect my rating. (Do not "reset to factory defaults", or you will lose the offline printing capability)

Great printer, but you will have to email China ...
Great printer, but you will have to email China for support. They will email back. Software could be better, but you will not find a better made machine.
