very easy to use and a good product overall however I find the items don’t slot together very well and the handle comes off when using could be fixed easy enough by applying a screw at the join

Only problem i have with it is you cant clean right to the top of the mop but its not that big a issue it works great i have used it multiple times since i bought it

Really pleased with this product. Its compact size is perfect for me as my flat is very small. I dont understand why some people have complained about the pad not fully touching the water its only 2 fingers that may not be touching the water im sure it doesnt make any difference

Arrived quickly and in a couple of minutes it was unpacked and put together. But that’s more or less where the good part ends. Even with the ‘washing’ end of the bucket weighty/filled right up I found the very small bucket just a bit unstable. The pad head only goes into the slots one way up which is a nuisance and the last bit of one end of the pad doesn’t go into the water. The pads are good but they are just a tiny bit too big and however carefully I try one edge of the pad gets caught up and jams when trying to push it into the slot - there is a way to do it but you have to bend down and manually push back out if the way part of the slot fitting with a finger. The squeeze dry side isn’t very good, the pad comes out too wet. So all in all the bucket was a waste of time, I finished up having to rinse and squeeze out the pad by hand which simply means I’m back where I started with the mop I already had!

Fast delivery and fits together well. I'm so pleased it is compact and neat. Easy to use and clean afterwards. Easy velcro fastenings to keep pad on. Works well on all my floors

As you rinse the mop the dirty water goes into the “clean” side. Waste of time buying a dual sided bucket

I brought this some time in February and was really pleased with it. It is now August and sadly all the pads with it have broken. The stitching that goes round the slot for the actual mop head has ripped through on them all. This is a real shame because I was very pleased with the quality of the mop and bucket and the four pads made it even better but now they are unusable.
