I purchased this mattress because of its reviews and specs. It was between this one or one $70 cheaper that had awesome reviews and many more reviews. I gave this one a chance because it was new. Reviews were all from 2020.Excited to get it, I opened my door to a beat up box and opened. The tape didnt do well during shipping or someone opened it.Brought it up to my room, took out of the box and it was easy to open. The plastic was easy to just pull off. The mattress itself is a good weight so if youre a woman you may need help.Upon putting it on my bed i noticed a snag in the cover. I let the bed sit and it was fully fluffed out within an hour.A couple days later my new sheets arrived and i noticed they were huge on my mattress so i decided to measure the bed and it was about an inch shorter than desribed all the way around and around 9-9.5 inches in height not 10" like described.The mattress does its job regualting your body temp and keeps you from sweating which was my main worry. It does its trick there.I ended up giving this company the benefit of the doubt and purchasing their bamboo mattress protector and that was an epic fail. I sweat so much. So i dont recommend purchasing the mattress protector.The companys customer service is awesome at resolving the problem. They took great care of me however they take a few days to get back to you each time you email back. To it will take about a week or longer to resolve the problem. Would i give them another chance? Maybe but not likely

Came before expected delivery date which already was fast. Nervous obviously to spend this much money on something I couldn’t see/feel for myself and also the fact that there weren’t thaaattt many reviews (some mattresses have hundreds to thousands of reviews).. so let me just say.. I forgot what it was like to wake up in the morning and my back didn’t hurt. I wake up and its like I’m forgetting something ha! I’m telling you, I genuinely didn’t know it was possible to wake up and not feel achy and sore. This mattress was an incredible investment please gift yourself a great nights sleep because it is so worth it and important!!

The mattress is probably the best mattress you can buy under $500. The first few nights it felt like the mattress was changing in firmness. I attribute that to the fact it comes compressed and needs to expand. Since then it’s been fantastic. Now when I go to bed it feels a little firm at first but quickly adjusts to my body. This is so comfortable that every time I lay down I fall asleep. Will certainly be recommending to friends and family that are looking for a new mattress.

This mattress met my expectations on comfort and support. The quality was a bit disappointing. First the mattress was folded in half and then rolled/compressed. Where the mattress was folded in half never fully expanded. The base foam has an arch completely across the bottom of the mattress. This appears to be only cosmetic and does not effect the comfort of the mattress. Second the three layers of the mattress are not all cut to the same dimensions, or aligned properly when bonded together. half of one edge of the mattress sticks up above the rest of the mattress. This is still visible even with a puffy comforter on the bed. When you roll near that side of the bed you can feel that the edge of the mattress is raised up. It appears that maybe the top gel layer shrank after being bonded to the middle layer. some of the sides of the mattress are vertical, but other areas like this slope in from bottom to top. Don't know if you I just got a factory reject that made it through final inspection, or if this is just common poor manufacturing for this company. The only reason I didn't return it is because it proved to be comfortable, and I got it on sale for a good price. Maybe it was a "factory seconds" sale????

As my 5 year old would say "it's so snuggly" I needed a new mattress not only because my old one was just plain gross but also my back was always killing me whenever I woke up. Sometimes my back hurting WOULD wake me up.... this thing is so soft. No more back pain. My only issue (and it's not even really an issue) is it has a kind of weird smell when you first get it. It takes a little bit to air out I guess.

The bed I had before this was an innerspring and the spring were just starting to poke through, caused my horrendous back pain and made it super hard to sleep. This mattress is completely the opposite! I’ve only had it for a few days but the difference is very noticeable! This bed is super comfortable, just the right amount of firmness for me. Doesn’t feel like you’re sleeping on the floor but you’re not sinking into either. NoMore back pain or sleepless nights!

We are using this mattress as an alternative to the innerspring one that came with the pull out couch. I ordered a queen but I should have ordered a Full. There is about 5” of overhang at the foot of the bed. I’m going to try lifting the head end and tucking it under the sewn in cushions on the frame. There is still a lot of flex and with some help should be achievable. Other than that, this is the most comfortable foam mattress I’ve tried to date. It came out of the shipping box easily, my sons still uses it as a fort nearly 2 months later. Great mattress for the price. I will definitely be buying another one.

If I had known that I could buy so much comfort for so little money, I would have done so sooner! The new mattress arrived in a badly damaged box, but the mattress was undamaged. It was quick and easy to place on my old foundation. There was no factory odor. My first few nights of sleep have been a revelation. I feel cool, comfortable and supported. Compared to my old inner spring mattress, this is a gem!!
