The product works well at times. But I have had this option twice now where the device that I am tracking is left so that it is out of Bluetooth range. Then when I get back into range, it does not reconnect automatically. For example, My kid left her Airpods in the car and they have a Trackr on them. In the house, we couldn't connect to them. She suspected she left them in the car so went back out to the car with the phone, it never reconnected. We found them, manually reconnected and then could track the device. I am not sure if this is an iPhone security feature that we need to change or not.

Of the 5 trakrs that came with it, only one could b synced.

Easy to program

This works for about six months this it becomes trash. The battery life is a joke and the settings are a pain in the neck. Do not buy this tracker!!!!

I liked how these worked in the beginning. They seemed to be reliable IF you were within about 20 feet or so of the device when you look for it on your phone app. However ALL of them had dead batteries within a month of purchasing them! Other brands I had before lasted over a year before having to replace the batteries.

These are awful. My phone goes off without the buttons being pressed. The app is inconsistent and unreliable. I'm sitting in the same room with 3 of these devices and the app won't let me track them. I tried to contact support 1 time - they were useless too.

Very cool. Helps me find the remotes. Sound could be louder and battery life longer, but this is pretty awesome, especially for the low price.
