This item fits right around the battery in cold weather, or protects the connections and space from the elements when transporting the bike on the rear rack. It works very well.

Was excited to find this but it did not fit my ebike battery. Was long enough but not wide enough even pulling hard on the neoprene. Well made and very sad that it didn’t work. 4 stars for the quality and speed of shipping.

This cover works perfect on a Scott Strike. I'm was not worried about temperature as much as transporting the ebike on my bike rack on the back of my SUV. I travel without the battery installed and was worried about rain on long trips. This cover covers the empty battery slot without water coming into the empty battery compartment. Scott Strike down tube measures 13 inches (33 cm) in diameter with battery installed and cover fits perfect using outer Velcro (hook and loop) fastener.

Not much to say about it...just a slab of material with velcro on it, I do have to say it’s nice having three different tightnesses of velcro, for you never know what kind of bike someone is going to buy it for, so the variation is good, but anyways...it does its job, keeps the rain/snow off of the battery inserts so I got nothing to complain about!

Very well made neoprene with Velcro. There is two options to tape the Velcro so if your bike thickness is thinner you can still wrap it.This jacket did not fit my Aventon Level. But I’m going repropose on something else since I did not keep the packaging.

This is nice cover for e battery, but it does not fit battery for Dost ebikes

Be careful of measurements, run small.

I use this to cover the battery slot when transporting the bike without the battery in place. Perfect!

Funktioniert tatsächlich. Nutze diesen Schutz an meinem Specialized Turbo Kenevo 2020 an dem dieser Schutz hier auch wie dafür gemacht passt.Der Getränke Halter muss dafür natürlich runter wenn man den Akkuschoner nicht anschneiden möchte. Wer ein Kenevo 2020 besitzt, der weiß dass der Getränke hier sowieso überflüssig ist auf Grund der Platz Verhältnisse zur Hinterbaufeder.Getestet habe ich es jetzt bei -6°. Wobei das Fahrrad vorher bei 20° Raumtemparatur stand.Die Temperatur des Akkus (22°) ist bei einer Stunde Fahrt nicht gesunken. Gefahren wurde mit 50% unterstütztung. Der Akku kann also seine Temperatur halten und kühlt bei Stromabnahme nicht aus.Genau dies war ohne diesen Schutz hier nicht der Fall. Der Akku ging nach 1h Fahrt auf bis zu 17° runter. Bei längerer Fahrt eventuell auch noch mehr (gleiche Bedingungen).Ich hatte hier einige Bewertungen bezüglich der Qualität gelesen. Das trifft bei mir nicht zu.Die Qualität im gesamten ist ordentlich.Auch lässt es sich gut mit einem feuchten Lappen reinigen.Der Akku Schutz findet bei mir auch nur in der Winterzeit Verwendung.Es gibt hier tatsächlich eine Anleitung diese völlig richtig sagt "Beim Laden oder bei Wärme nicht benutzen". Im Sommer sollte man diesen Kälteschutz hier als nicht als Schoner vor Steinschlag nutzen.Wird das Fahrrad in direkter Sonneneinstrahlung abgestellt könnte man diesen als Schutz vor der Wärme schützen solange es steht.Bin zufrieden und kann es allen empfehlen die ein E-Bike mit integrierten Akku besitzen.
