Does the job, haven't used it a lot. Found it way too small, which is my fault not the product's. Only hold a dough made out of max 250 gram flour. Grear finish I've used it without the liner.

I normally use 500g of flour, but cut it back to 400g and I’m pleased I did as the dough only just fit with room to prove in the fridge over night. When I came to bake my loaf the basket was full. If you want to make a large loaf you will need a bigger banneton.The scraper and lane are good, not tried the brush yet.

I order this thinking that I was going to receive in 1 or 2 weeks but finally it has taken 9 weeks, I don’t believe it is a reasonable time.The product is at described.

The set came on time and all looked good. When trying to score the dough I found the lame to be totaly blunt to the extent that it pulled and tore the dough rather than score it neatly.The dough went into the Dutch Oven.....the lame into the bin!

This wasn't delivered until 3 weeks after the date it said it would be. The liner was filthy. The scorer was rusty. The banneton was poorly made with cracks in the sides and a large hole in the middle.

makes great bread shape.

The rattan has many areas where small splinters come out and is slightly broken in places, which dough would definitely stick to. It is fine for us with the cloth liner, but would not be suitable for bare use if you want the rattan marks.
