Each side looks different. Two are more black with highlights, one is white, one is a dark green shade. I love the color variation. Perfect length and thickness. Very sturdy, natural bone material.

I’ve ordered multiple styles and all are slightly different and pair well together with natural variations. They are literally the PERFECT length, as most sold are way too long. They are sturdy, gorgeous, easy to use, and stay well in hair (even using one). I have many types of these and this is my constant go to pair. I’d love to see more styles as I would purchase. High quality. Good reasonable price. Would love multiple purchase discount, say 3 for $??? price. This would definitely having me buy more. Highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed. Comes well packaged, as well.

These are the second pair I chose after receiving my first chopstick style bun sticks. There is nothing too intricate or have designs with abalone shell with little dangly bobbers that would look better as a display. Dont get me wrong, those are nice too but i was looking for something more for the get up go kinda person. No fuss, no frills yet still pretty and unique. Reminds me of something they would use back then, for everyday use. They are the perfect length and very light but sturdy. I have thin hair but these would have no problem with any hair thickness.

These hair sticks turned out to be just the thing I was trying to find -- a good length and weight for my very fine hair, attractive, and very nicely made. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because one of the two sticks I received was unusable -- it had a very fine crack or split (something that is, I think, a risk of this particular kind of material) that made it snag on my hair rather badly. The other stick, however, is perfect (and since I usually only need one at a time to secure my hair, one broken stick isn't the end of the world). I've ordered another pair, in the hope that I'll have better luck this time. :)

Love these hair pins so much! I will definitely be purchasing again! I have hair down to my knees and find the pins to be the best way to put my hair up without damaging the strands. I also love the natural materials, as they work with your own skin oils.

The buffalo horn hair sticks are absolutely beautiful, and they come in a very nice box that makes them look professionally wrapped. I purchased these for my elderly mother who loves to put her hair in a bun, and she was glowing about how pretty they were in her hair. The sticks are a bit slick for those with super straight hair and somewhat heavier than the wood sticks, but they are gorgeous and I definitely recommend them for anyone who likes this style. A perfect length so that they don't get in the way when getting in/out of the car, etc.
