This book is pretty cool, probably not for a super serious dad as there are a lot of illustrations, but perfect for my boyfriend who loves spicy food. There are pictures, references, explanations, recipes for food and sauces, 10/10

For a fan of Australian masterchef, Billy Law and spicy food, this is a match made in heaven. I’ve made quite a few of the recipes and they have all been fabulous. I have to get creative with some of the ingredients as we can’t get them in the UK, but my substitutes have always work.I just love everything about this book!
