Does not work at all

This has helped so much with my 2 dogs. Would recommend it to others. Shipping was fast.

I have a 5 year old, large, 78 lbs, German Shepherd.I ordered this collar on January 18, 2016 and received it late on 1/27/16. Began using it on 1/28/16. As of of tomorrow, 2/3/16, I will be returning it.1) Please be aware that the current picture is wrong bc there is no green light. With the limited instructions that were included, I was confused when I initially charged this unit bc it started with a RED light which then turns into a BLUE light. Still not sure when the BLUE light turns on that it means it's fully charged. My old Sport Dog collar which I still use (1.5 yrs with duct tape bc this one has failed) flashes GREEN when fully charged.2) On 1/26/16, I received an email from a person named Troy Chapman, FLOVO Head Sales Consultant. I do not know who FLOVO is other than it is some kind of Amazon Marketplace. In any case, the 'dropbox' hyperlink to view the "how to use" Youtube video did not work and so I emailed him back to get the appropriate link - [...]3) The sensitivity dial did not work. When testing the unit, it took longer to set off the vibration/alert when the dial was on a level 5 than was on level 2. But even on level 2, it took way too long to kick off the alerts. Again, note that there are limited and confusing instructions. But I do not want my large GS to bark that much before it gets any alert.I really wanted this work for my dog but it did not.

product is fine. Did not work vary well on my dog.I also purchased the citronella spray that is working great.Thank You

Good collar, works exactly as described.. Would be better if battery lasted a bit longer...need to recharge daily.

Not only was this product completely defective, but I am not even sure that I received the product that was advertised. In fact, I'm fairly certain that I received a different brand collar.I ordered this collar twice. The first time ,it came in a branded Waggabee box and the collar was branded as well. That unit died within about five minutes of taking it out of the box, and it would never charge. I returned it and re-ordered it because I have spent hours looking for a reliable vibrate-only collar (or collar with a vibrate-only setting) and this one seemed like it had the best reviews. My second collar arrived three days later and the box was completely different. It was labeled "No Bark" collar, both on the box and on the collar. There wasn't a single "Waggabee" logo anywhere on the item. The collar functioned the same way but had a few very minor differences in appearance. This collar never charged. I plugged it in for four hours, tested it repetitively, and it never turned on. I am a fairly tech-savvy person. Both of these items were duds, and I highly recommend that you purchase a different product.

The only reason this is even getting a one star is because I can't give it zero stars. This product is the worst I have ever seen. I bought two for my dogs not only do they not stop them from barking I don't even believe they do a darn thing. I have them on max sensitivity and max shock and they test that they work with the included tester. But the dogs hear a noise and the start barking and what to you know the collars that are supposed to prevent this don't do a darn thing. The only thing this product does well is recharge. Do your self a favor save the money and buy a squirt bottle you'll get better results.
