Fuego Mexika is the US sold version of Fuego Azteca, which is exclusive to Mexico. The Elixir Ambar is a fantastic topping for any food you are looking to add some heat to. It is a higher quality olive oil infused with chiles. The flavor and heat are fantastic without ever overpowering the main dish. I met the owner of the company several months ago where he gave me a sample size to take with me, and I have been in love since first try. Highly recommend. I would place the heat at 3.5 out of 5 stars, but the overall product deserves a 5 out of 5.

This is the first time I have had Olive Oil with Spicy Infusion 3 Chili & Garlic by Fuego Mexika. This Olive Oil is so good.First, let me say it is spicy with roasted 3 different types of chili and it has a great aroma. I also love how they have garlic with the varieties of chilis and they blend in deliciously. I ate this on the fresh salad that I make daily. I first sprinkle a little over my salad with wine vinegar and it was so good. I taste the oil on my finger and it was hot. However, when I just put a little on the salad it was not hot just spicy. I can tell you I will have this bottle for a while. Also when I have a sub sandwich this will taste so good. I just know it. This Elixir Ambar is really good. All the flavors blend right in. This oil can be used on so different foods.

We use a lot of olive oil for cooking and with our meals and when we saw this Premium Olive Oil Spicy Infusion 3 Chili & Garlic from Elixir Ambar, we jumped on it as we really enjoy garlic and chili as well. We used it with bread and were all amazed how good it was. The garlic and chili blended in perfectly and the bread dipped in this olive oil was just awesome. The olive oil was also great with noodles or pizza.This is hands down one of the best olive oil we tried and it goes without say that it gets a perfect score from us.

This is definitely an oil meant to be used when you are done cooking, not for cooking with. It will ruin the flavor of the oil and you might end up macing yourself from the chilies. It is a delicious oil, it spices up salads, fish, chicken, shrimp, vegetables, whatever you can think to put this on. It is just the right amount of spicy for me!

Yes, this may be moderately hot for some people but for me it was very hot! But...it was a delicious hot. The olive oil is smooth, light, and silky. The flavor is complex (once I got over the initial shock). Perfect for adding some spice before serving on salads, fish, and, well, just about anything

The taste is incredible. It is a high quality olive oil infused with a strong kick of heat from three varieties of chili pepper, and topped off with a bold garlic flavor. It is perfect on just about anything - salad, meats, vegetables, pasta, etc.. I've even used this oil plain on fresh bread and it was delicious!

I love everything about this hot oil! The bottle is wonderfully shaped for display. The oil itself is spicy but not overly hot. I tried it on everything! Taco, dumplings, chicken, fries, and soup. It works for them all. It's truly a very unique blend of olive oil and spices.
