Big bag of quality pieces of scrap leather excellent for crafting.

Received a massive bag full of leather, a lot of very large pieces as well. This seller is incredible and I will be buying more when needed.

I was very happy with what I received. I wish there were more colored pieces. Too many dark colours but, is normal for upholstery leather usage. There were many large pieces that I can use in various art projects. See photos before and after selection.I would buy again.

Hey there reader, so i bought this item two years ago. At that point, I had just started on my leather crafting journey.The reasoning was to have some scraps to practice with, mess up, to try and not worry about cost.After two years I still have some of this remaining for use, and I have been so happy with the investment.I started out making easy things, laces, lace tie bags for tinder pouches, thumb, finger protectors, bookmarks, twisted leather bands, tactical watch straps. In fact all the usual suspects for beginners.These leather scraps were ideal and facilitated my craft and my confidence. The overall quality of the leather not only offered me a quality item once I 'mastered' each item, but it also inspired me to look into tanning, dyeing along with all other types of needed skills to get the best possible finish.Are all the scraps useful? In answer, for me, not quite, although even the smaller of the peices can be used for item ties (hankies), laces, embellishments, I also beleive that someone with more imagination than me, would potentially find a use for everything. (Although to be fair, I even used the smallest of offcuts, messups and unusable pieces for further trial and testing as well as stuffing and bulking).I would definately recommend this product, 5* hope this is useful for you.

The 5kg bag was on special offer so I went for it ... why not, for only a fiver, post-free. Four days later I am the proud owner of a huge sackful of leather bits, which will last a very long time for my crafting projects.Dominant colours in my bag were tan, maroon, oxblood, and a mid-brown shade. Which suits me just fine. Also in the mix were a small number of navy, dark green and black pieces.Size-wise ... the biggest offcuts are between A5 and A4 in size, though not perfect rectangles, obviously. And a lot of long strips around two inches wide.It is nice quality, soft, real leather, and easy to cut and trim accurately with a craft knife. Very happy to recommend this product.One or two reviewers mention the aroma. To me, it smells just like leather … because it is, actually, real genuine leather.

For such a low price it makes me happy to know I can help stop animal product waste, and utilise this leather for my projects. Comes in a whole range of sizes and colours but all looks like well treated, quality leather. Many thanks!

Leather is good quality but the pieces are small, I've purchased leather offcuts before and the average size was A2, the largest piece from this supplier was A4 with quite large amount of very small or short straggly bits, at least 1/2 kg. Worth the money if you are making small projects

I was so happy with this that I got a family member to order another 4 lots for me. Even though they doubled the price for the last 2 lots i bought so not gonna be able to order as much in future. You get so much and the quality is amazing plus comes in no time. Would like to get some bigger bits and also thicker but hey I'm sooo happy with it. Buy now you really won't be disappointed.
