Each patch will pass three QC processes before sending to our customer.PROFESSIONALRecommended Bonding Condition:Flat Press: Machine Setting: 160℃ to 200℃ Dwell Time: 15-20 seconds Pressure: 2.8-4.2 Bar (40-60 psi)Our patch can be iron on or sewn on. If you choose iron on, the iron in your home is enough. 1, Prepare your patch and preheat the iron (160℃-200℃). 2, Make your clothes smooth and choose the position to iron. You are also welcomed to put a cloth between the iron and patch/clothes to protect your clothes. You can also turn over the cloth to Iron. (The heat can easier melt the glue) 3, Press the Iron for 15-20 seconds. 4, When the patch cool down, check it. If not ironed, repeat the steps. SAFETYAs to the patch, the embroidery thread, heat seal glue and the fabric have been passed the harmful substances test.
