I ordered this product to lose 10 pounds. I must say that not only did I lose the 10 pounds but I didnt have to diet. I had no headaches or stomach issues. I also didn't take them twice a day. I took two in the morning and ate smaller meals. I'm a high energy person to begin with but this product is an energy booster without harm to the body. Try this product!!!!

No Effect on Coffee Drinkers
These pills are quite huge and require a lot of water to get down. The biggest thing I noticed is what DIDN'T HAPPEN.. there was zero effect for me. I felt no boost or jolt that these pills promised. In fact, if you are used to having a cup of coffee or two in the morning, you won't be phased by these pills either. I'm typically very sensitive to diet pills and can feel the effects almost immediately, but with these, there was no effect at all... as if I was taking huge water pills or something... I think the only people it will really effect are non-coffee drinkers. This product also suggests 3 to 4 pills per day... Again, no effect. I'm wondering if the magic lies in how much water you drink taking them, which in turn, makes you not very hungry. I stopped taking the pills after 1 week... I only have a week's supply left, but I don't see the point of downing four pills a day for nothing.

Good, so far
I needed a little boost to start my diet so I purchased these. I've only been taking 1 pill a day for 3 days but it has already helped to curb my appetite (and the scale shows about 2 pounds difference, so far). Even if I'm only losing water weight, it still is a good incentive boost to see the scale needle dip a little.

No jitters and I have energy!
Love these! I only take two a day. One in the morning and one in the afternoon. One pill in the Afternoon give me enough energy to work out after a long day at work.
