I tried clipping my long-haired cat with my regular hair clippers and she expressed her displeasure in a particularly foul way. I hope none of you learn about this ability they have first-hand. I spoke with her previous owner, knowing that she had groomed the cat herself. I paid $85 for one grooming!! She told me about these clippers, and it seemed worth the gamble.I tried using one of the attachments, but they just bogged down with all the fur. I think it was pulling on it too. Cat = not happy.I removed the attachment and just lowered the blade as much as I could. I was a barber in the Navy and have experience using clippers. The groomer told me that with cats, you only have one choice and that is to shave them. She also said they have paper thin skin (she cut my kitty and had the nerve to say that wound was already there).My cat does not like being held down at all, and that is the biggest obstacle, not the clippers.What I like best:1. Cordless - I was able to come at her from any angle and follow her around the house and even shave her while she was eating!2. Silence - The clippers are not completely silent, BUT they are extremely quiet in comparison to regular hair clippers.3. Sharp - My cat has a TON of fur and these clippers shaved it off very easily once I gave up on the attachments.4. Safe - I did not injure my kitty at all.Now, I cannot claim total success because my cat won't hold still for very long. She actually seemed to enjoy the light vibration on her skin. I have yet to complete her grooming because I am too chicken to shave her pits because of the skin folds in that area. I did most of the grooming without another person restraining her.The clippers are well worth the investment! No clouds of fur drifting through the air at our house anymore. And my husband actually likes the cat now that she doesn't leave him drowning in fur.

This is the best Investment Ive ever made. Got tired of spending so much just to take my pet to get groomed. And each time I would bring my pet home she always came home bruised or badly shaved with irritation sores on her skin and my pet would come home sad in so much pain and so I had to put a stop to the abuse she was always put through with the cold hearted groomers and I did my research on professional dog clippers and some seem so pricey and loud until I found the best one. Excellent quality of craftsmanship. This electric clipper is awesome. Its super quiet and it doesnt stress out my pet and doesnt leave her any cuts or scratches. It has a strong power but quiet motor which means you can use it on any type and size of dog. Also has a sharp ceramic blade and a fixed titanium blade that wont cause any allergic reaction to the skin. I love that the clipper comes with five adjustable blade plus four guide combs to control the hair length so you can leave the exact cut you want. It has different modes to control the lenghth of trimming you want. I highly recommend this product and for the price, it’s practically free. On top of the excellent product, it comes with free gifts which I love A pair of grooming shears and a metal comb to use as you cut the hair. I absolutely love this product. At first I wasnt to sure about this product but after using it, HALLELUJAH!! I found my Miracle Dog clippers. Try them out. Trust me this clipper will meet beyond your expectations. Its a Godsend.

Great buy and cost effective. The cost is less than one grooming session and professional grade for sure. These are my second purchase and I ordered again. The first one lasted almost three years with three dogs. Quiet, easy to use, can charge and use cordless for maneuverability, one of my dog hates noise and these are perfect for her. She always moves around a lot and has not been nicked with these. There are also several combs that help with hair length. Summer I cut their hair shorter and winter I leave a little longer. The scissors included are helpful too. I highly recommend.

I bought this set of clippers as I have a cord-based set, but I wanted a little more freedom in clipping my schnauzers. Here are my comments:1) I think this set of clippers is more for dogs with easily cut hair. Schnauzers have dual-coats, so it didn't exactly flow as easily as my cord-based clippers. The body took more passes to cut whereas the head cut easier. I think going forward I'll do the cord-based for the body, and then when i need to maneuver more easily and not have a cord hitting their head, I can use the cordless. I believe some of the reviews indicated that these cut very quickly and easily, and this is why my comment conflicts those with those reviews.2) The metal comb and scissors are possibly worth purchasing just by themselves meaning the cost of the entire set is worth the scissors and metal comb. They have an excellent heft and maneuverability to them.3) The reviews and comments indicating the clippers are quiet are spot-on: These clippers aren't exactly whisper-quiet, but they are very close. I am very impressed with this aspect.4) I haven't used them for this purpose yet, but I think they would make an excellent clipper for chest and body hair.Hope this review helps!

Very quiet first of all, and the guards come in a good size range in my opinion. I've used this on both a cat and a dog now, mostly for hygiene trimming between grooming as both were long haired animals. Ceramic blade cuts very well, I never had a nick or cut. The scissors were sharp and clipped the few stray bits I had to get. The comb has nice wide tines which helped with keeping matting down, I liked the fact the tips were rounded and the tines were round as well so it didn't snag in the fur.It did click loudly on starting on stopping, honestly it sounded much like a professional clipper motor with that quick fast noise then the even low buzz the entire time it was on. Hefty weight and it does warm up with use, again it felt very much like a quality device to me.

Antes de adquirir esta cortadora, contaba con una recargable que no duraba mucho tiempo la carga. Ese problema ya no se tiene con la alimentación permanente por cable. El detalle que le observo es que los dientes del peine están un poco mas cerrados que mi maquina anterior, dificultando el corte de pelo de las mascotas realmente peludas.
