Wholeheartedly recommend this product! It's the only one I've found that keeps my anemia at bay. Zero side effects and just gets the job done. If you're worried about cost, just know it's worth it. Things like Flor Essence and various supplement brands of iron never worked for me, and this does. I notice a huge difference when I run out.

When all else failed, I tried these.
I originally used this product about 20 years ago due to low functioning kidneys that caused low blood volume. It worked wonders. Due to a new medical issu,my blood volume again became very low. This Metagenics brand HEMAGENICS cleared up the problem within 5 days.I only took one tablet a day. Enough said. In my opinion, it works better than any prescription iron tablets that were given to me. (They did not work at all and we're very constipating).
