Q: Do you use glue to assemble?

Yes I used glue and also painted a number of the parts.

Q: What is the depth of the building and the platform?

The width of the platform is 12 inches and the depth from the front of the plateform to the back is 5 inches. This is an absolutely beautiful structure.

Q: Do you have to paint this modle building, or does it come painted.

It is not painted but molded in typical colors. I paint mine because I don't like the look of plastic.
