5 X Microbial Rennet & Cheese Salt Mix 6g | Rennin Cheese salt & Coagulant Tub

I was nervous because it seemed like it was for large batches, but I added just a pinch to my gallon of raw whole milk and in a few minutes I had the best ricotta!! Usually my homemade ricotta has a lemon or vinegar taste, but I tried this and it made the most delicious sweet cream ricotta EVER. It’s is going to be perfect in my scratch ravioli and lasagna!! Will definitely buy again!!
