This is Paul's wife. Super easy to put this band on my Lily. The little tool worked great. I don't know why other people are complaining about it. I have tiny wrists. By removing half the links in the band, it fit my 5.25 inch wrist perfectly. I love this band, and it is so much more comfortable than the stiff silicon band that always made my wrists feel tacky. It remains to be seen how well this holds up.
