I am 68 years old and I'll have to say that I have greater peace of mind taking these capsules. I haven't yet undergone a medical exam to compare with previous lab results but that's coming soon.

A good value but my husband got cramps from them. He stopped using them and the cramps stopped too. Just a coincidence? Maybe.

I think this product has helped not to the degree that others say. But we're all different. I'll continue to take it because I believe it has made a noticeable difference

Does this product work? Yes, to a degree. However, I have a couple issues with this brand, and should have read the description closer.My previous brand is really just the Saw Palmetto extract and the gelatin capsule. Nothing fancy, just the stuff I was looking for. The previous brand is 100 capsules at 500 mg per dose of 3 capsules and is a 100 day supply for $13, or just under $4 a month.This Prostate Supplement product is 90 capsules with a total of 300 mg of Saw Palmetto and a 30 day supply for $23 per month, which seems a significant difference when considering both would seem to work just as well.I will note that the product in question here, has a lot more 'stuff' in it and perhaps that works for some guys, but not so much for me. Especially the 15 mg of zinc, since I get zinc in my multivitamin and another supplement I use (Mister Doctor told me to take it)So... if the extra ingredients seem worthwhile or you Mister Doctor suggests they are what you need, go for it. If not, the price is high in my opinion, despite being a relatively good product. I hope this was helpful

My husband takes saw palmetto daily to keep his prostate happy - and it works. If he runs out, he visits the bathroom twice as often during the night. While he prefers plain saw palmetto, he does like to try it with various additions.This supplement has something new in it and neither of us paid enough attention to the ingredients to notice that it contains three kinds of mushrooms. (Mushroom seems to be the latest fad ingredient in all kinds of supplements these days, but in saw palmetto?)The point is he is allergic to mushrooms and fungus, edible and otherwise. Ingesting mushroom or breathing in mold gives him flu-like symptoms. He took this supplement, unknowing, for several days and grew increasingly sorer - his muscles hurting, his chest aching, and experiencing exhaustion that sent him to bed.Immediately, we worried about Covid, but we looked at his several new vitamins - and found the mushrooms in this supplement. He's been off it for 24 hours now and is much better, assuaging all worries about ordinary flu, or worse.Mushroom is listed in the ingredients, so we don't blame the manufacturer for our mistake, but it was very disappointing to have to throw it out. A few of the additions - like nettle and uva ursi - are great for the prostate, but in addition to the mushrooms, there are things (like tomato powder) that just take up space as far as my husband is concerned, so if it hadn't contained the mushrooms, it would get only three stars.The good thing to come of this is that now we won't assume any sort of supplements is mushroom-free until we check. Apparently, mushroom is the new kale. Oh, joy.

This product does effectively control prostate enlargement, thereby assisting in urine flow.
