Q: Can these be used in candles?

I used it in melt and pour soy candle and it mixes well, but you have to use quite a bit for purer color.

Q: Can you mix the resins to make turquoise? If so what colors would you suggest?

You can mix blue and green and then add white to lighten it to the right shade

There are different type of resins like epoxy , Polyester and so forth this pigment s are made for epoxy. Resin are chemical products which can be subjected to bad reactions. My advice call the vendor directly for more details which is available in the Amazon app
