If you have a smart trainer, it is very likely you will need an ANT+ dongle. Because ANT is an open access technology, this dongle will work with any device that uses ANT+. With that said, any ANT+ dongle should do the trick. If you find one that costs less, you should be fine purchasing that.I've used my EDIMS Mini to connect to an Elite Qubo Smart B+, a Wahoo KICKR SNAP, and a Wahoo KICKR and have used both Windows 10 and Mac's OS.

I was trying to use Wahoo speed and cadence sensors with Zwift and it was a mess - having to use my phone to relay the data to a windows laptop, BT would lose the sensors all the time, Zwift would lose connection to ZwiftLink. So I decided to use this instead. It just works - plug it in, and Zwift sees your sensors, no drops! No more frustration (other than batteries dying).

This dongle was always slow to connect to the heart rate monitor, cadence sensor, and smart trainer. However last week it would connect and then drop the connection after some riding. I bought a Garmin Ant+ for twice the money, but it works much better. The connection time is must faster.

Been using it for 3 months and it does the job. I use it with the program trainerroads for indoor cycling and the data transmits consistently.

Works perfectly. I use it plugged in my mac to sync an old Garmin 910xt

Base on the description, it looks like this device only works with Forerunner. Since I have something other than Forerunner, I am buying something else. Free tip for EDIMS, if your device works with other stuff, say it. If not, you run the risk of losing customers like me.
