Never heard of quertin before until I read about it online and decided to buy it. It definatley uplifts your mood and makes you feel more alert and I seem to feel less anxious. Glad I bought this and will continue to do so.

I like the fact that this is an all-in-one Quercetin, Vitamin C and Zinc supplement. It is a 'chalky' tablet so I find it easier to swallow if I break it in half. As I have only been taking these for a few weeks, I cannot comment yet on their effectiveness.

Really easy to take just pop 2 and happy days ... Early days but seems to be helping fight off the colds and flu so good stuff
