Works great
Just what I needed. Works great. I take two in the morning and two at night. It's been very effective in keeping me hydrated with the minerals I need. I've already ordered more. There is no flavor, easy to swallow. Good value for the money. I feel like I'm retaining more minerals and feel good.

Goodbye Salty Sludge, Hello Hydration!
Finally, a way to get hydrated without gagging down saltwater or accidentally consuming half a sugar packet disguised as an electrolyte drink. REDMOND Re-Lyte Hydration Plus Capsules are my hydration heroes! These little guys are packed with electrolytes and sea salt to keep those night leg cramps from turning into some bizarre Olympic event. And I get all the hydration benefits without sipping on something that tastes like it came straight out of the ocean—win-win!They even threw in iodine from kelp, so my thyroid’s happy without me having to sprinkle that weird processed table salt on everything. It’s the natural iodine upgrade I never knew I needed. Each cap is balanced just right to keep me hydrated, leg-cramp-free, and far from any hidden maltodextrin ambushes. If you’re done with salty water torture and mystery sugars, Re-Lyte is the no-nonsense, no-drama solution!

Love this product
This product is great, especially if you are not the type of person who wants to drink a super salty rehydrating drink. This way it gets straight into your bloodstream and you don’t have to worry about trying to chug something nasty.

What afternoon headaches?
I work outside. I also live in a desert. I also have to wear FR clothing as per my job. So the heat index is never in my favor. I have to drink a lot of water throughout the day to stay hydrated. The problem is that drinking a lot of water without replenishing salts and electrolytes causes the body to go out of whack. I always seem to get a headache around 2pm if I haven’t had something like a bottle of Gatorade or some other drink to help replenish lost electrolytes. The problem is sports drinks literally taste like melted popsicles and are loaded with sugar. Given my family’s history of diabetes, I try to avoid sugary drinks if I can. So I tried these (basically salt pills) energy capsules for a week. It was over 95 degrees each day, with some days getting over 100 degrees. I gotta say, I had no headaches each day, and felt fine drinking just water. I took two capsules about an hour after lunch, just before the time that my headaches start. No headaches. No lightheaded feeling, and zero fatigue. And I’m not talking fatigue like I come home and tell my wife I had a long, hard day at work. That’s every day in my line of work. No, I’m talking about that feeling of sheer exhaustion, where I could literally fall asleep standing up. None of that. These capsules are good stuff. No flavor to them. Just take 1-2 doses per day as needed and keep drinking high quality H2O. And get away from the flavored sugar water in the gas station.

Not thrilled with them
I got this thinking it’d be easier than drinking 16oz of electrolyte powder. But if I take it on an empty stomach, I get so nauseous that I almost throw up. So I honestly forget to even take these pills. I’d rather drink the powder.

This product is awesome!
I love this product for myself and my teenage boys! I can’t get them to drink the re-lyte powder and this is a great alternative. Also love that I can throw the capsules in my purse, backpack, etc, when I am on the go.

Extended autophagy water fasting support
Arrived quickly as advertised have it needed to take them yet but they have a good reputation I bought these for fasting during intermittent fast so that my body doesn't come dehydrated

Convenient way to supplement electrolytes
I find capsules much more convenient than trying to dissolve powder in water, and they will be more compact for travel. They are also 1/10 the cost!
