I like the tracking poles. They were a little bit hard to get them to stay in place. But all in all they did well. I did lose the ends of them going up Guadalupe Peak. Other than that I like them.

I use these poles about every weekend for hiking metro parks and love them. You cannot beat the price for everything included. The height is adjustable and easy to change. I have used them all weather situations and they have not disappointed. I highly suggest these poles.

Love this product
My old walking stick to make it longer I had to twist the poles an twist again for shorter this one I just unclamp pull out than unclamp to shorten it.
