Great rug. We love it. The only unfortunate thing that happened was, after we unrolled it and finished decorating a newly renovated bedroom, we noticed that there was fraying in a small part towards the middle of the rug. The type that was small but should be cauterized (?) to stop it from fraying more.Anyway.I emailed the company a month after the original 30 day return deadline and explained what happened (that we didn’t inbox and inspect it until after we finished reno).After confirming our address, I was delighted to hear a replacement rug already on the truck and an email copy with the shipment/tracking info…Great rug made by a great company. 👍

It's a decent rug especially for the price but they are shipped folded so the rug will not lay flat and where it is folded, the pattern separates and the backing shows through. This may not be noticable on lighter colors but it certainly is on the darker colors. You will need to place weight on it for a few days to get it to lay flat and there will likely still be creases. This rug also smells like chemicals. If you can lay it flat in the sun for a day or two it would be helpful but pollen season and rain prevented that for me. I had to open a window with a fan for two days to completely remove the smell. When you vacuum, set it to a high setting or the beater bar may damage the rug. These rugs can snag so keep that in mind if you have pets. Overall it's a nice, well-made rug for a good price but it should be rolled, not folded when shipped.

So... I am an avid Amazon customer, and I usually know the quality of what I am going to get. Sometimes I choose to purchase lower quality because that's the type of product I need for the situation. If I need top quality, I know how to find it and I pay an appropriately higher priced item. In this case, I knew I wasn't buying a top quality rug. I was okay with that. I read the reviews and even the less positive reviews described what I needed-- a thinner, synthetic monochromatic rug. I think I had reasonable expectations. What I received was actually SHOCKING. The rug I received in the 12 x 12 size is SO BAD! I think I may have received one that someone returned? Half of the rug looks tattered and has holes where there were previous snags. The raised part that creates a patters is in worse shape on that half. Then the other half looks a bit better. If the whole thing looked like the better half, it would be much better. The way it is shipped is HORRIBLE. It is folded up and crammed into a box. Not rolled. Not protected by plastic. Nothing. Folded up like an old blanket and shoved in a box. Again, I'd be fine with the packaging except for the fact that it has left stretched out parts of the rug that will not settle down flat on the floor. It's terrible. Even though the price I paid (around $180) for a 12 x 12 is very inexpensive for the size, I'm just not sure the rug is worth much of anything. It would better be described as an outdoor carpet or something suitable for a warehouse or industrial setting. Yuck. So disappointed with the 12 x 12.What's strange is that we also ordered a 5 x 7 in the same color, and it is totally fine. It looks much better. The backing on it is much sturdier, and therefore it lays flat and looks like a carpet should, even though it's thinner.

I found this to be better quality than expected. It’s a decent thickness and the underside is slightly nonslip but it does move a little bit but nothing awful. It’s black so it shows every piece of light dirt but that’s not the rugs fault just because it’s all black, something to consider a quick vacuum takes care of the problem. It comes folded so it does take a while for it to flatten completely but it’s a solid budget friendly choice.

This is an inexpensive carpet. That's okay because I was seeking an inexpensive carpet. It has a cheap rubberized backing which would be suitable for a bathroom. My only complaint is that it is shipped folded up in a box. When you unfold it there are creases where it is folded and these are difficult to remove. I needed to place a wooden board across the center crease, load a couple hundred pounds of ballast and wait a couple of weeks to remove the crease. Kind of annoying! Carpets should be shipped rolled up on round cardboard like paper towels or rolls of toilet paper.

We ordered 4 of these to create a runway for our aging dog, he was having trouble walking on the hardwood floors. Theses are perfect and the color is perfect for our decor

I love this runner as it doesn't slip and you can easily vacum it. It is also comfortable under foot.
