The earliest way into our home is the carport,into the kitchen.The step is a strange measurement, but this ramp hit it on the nose. Fits perfect , no sliding, or moving sideways out of place. Very heavy steel, watch out it’s sharp on the edges. Found that out the hard way. After seeing my hands ,feeling bad on both sides, me having to learn these things and him not being able to do them anymore,my husband said next time wear gloves or file them down. But it was a surprise so he could go outside without help. We both feel the freedom with this ramp. Thank you so much.

This works great. I use this to get over the lip on my garage door entrance and it fits the bill. Like some other reviews state, the edges on the sides are sharp (Unfinished cut aluminum), and yes, I got cut. I used a sander to take the edge of the sharp sides and it's much better and easy to handle. The top and bottom finished edges are smooth, and the sections go together easily. I used thread lock on the set screws, so they don't back out. Overall, I'm happy with the ramp and for the price, it can't be beat.

This a solid ramp but the instructions should be thrown away. Their is no way to rotate the sections into place. They must be slid into place from the ends. The shortest section slides into the top not the bottom as the instructions show. Finally, the locking set screws are useless. Instead of being pointed and locking the sections into place, they are flat and allow the sections to move until you put the ramp into position.Then you must secure the base by drilling holes, countersinking the holes, and installing screws. After this, you have a well made and secure ramp.

My wife should be using a walker. We have a rambler with one room that has the sunken flloor that has been poplular in the past for some reason.. Wanted to minimize falling risks, so figured a ramp would not hurt. It was pretty easy to put together and was the perfect height. There has been some comments about the noise, I felt the pieces slid around too easliy and would not stay in place, So I ran some thick white tape town the edges and and used it to attach to the hardwood floor. Ramp is quiet and stays in place, without needing to screw it into anything. Ramp is pretty light. I am not sure how well it would handle really heavy people or a large heavy wheel chair.

It wasn’t very hard to put together, although a couple of the ‘tension’ screws stripped at the Allen wrench head, they kind of don’t give me much confidence with my mom using it for her motorized chair. I got them tight, but can’t readjust later if needed. Praying it stays together - I will monitor it closely. We are using it inside for a step to a lower room, and it appears to not shift on the carpet. I added heavy tape to the sides for visual guidance and protection from the very sharp edges. I purchased the 5 inch ramp in November 2023 to help with an awkward back door step. I pieced together the ramp even though it did not include instructions or screws. It worked for a few months, but had to be dismantled when our porch was painted. To reinstall it, I looked at videos on Amazon and elsewhere which is where I discovered that the ramp I received never included the safety screws nor instructions. Dealing with customer service has been frustrating at best. After weeks of waiting and multiple emails, I finally received a package via DHL. Screws are too tiny for our ramp. Call me extremely frustrated. Have emailed the company for additional help.

Originally, I was impressed by it came with a pair of glove and could not wait to install it. Things turned upside down since then. Saw some defects on the extension piece after unwrapped. Then, the extension piece should be easy to slide in but it stuck at the 1/3. Till here, I didn't want to give up so tried so many angles to make it slide. It didn't move at all, not even with a hammer's help. I ended up deciding to return it but it couldn't be slided out. Oh my! Broke one towel and a couples of cardboards to remove the extension out from the main piece. I also tried to snap it in instead of sliding. Now, no one can save this item to stay with me.

Shopped ramps for a while. This one seemed best suited for my needs. Slightly narrower than I had hoped but for the price this is a well designed and good quality ramp. Totally happy woth it

Bought this to replace an other one order model not yet delivered. This is my second purchase for my front door and fits great. The first one was used elsewhere for my wheelchair. Highly recommended.

Shoud have gotten the 6 inch one instead of 4 inch one but will still work for what I wanted it for. Measure the height for where your going to put it.

I was very surprised with the quality of this ramp, it's super heavy and sturdy. The only issue with it is that it's not pierced in any way in order to screw it in place, I had to get it pierced myself
