Love this faucet!
Bought this to replace my 24 year old Koehler faucet. Love the high spout & the magnet attachment for the head is great. Best em faucet ever & the Delta quality can’t be beat. Easy to install. I recommend this product & this Seller.

Looks good and works great
The faucet is sturdy and looks good in our kitchen. We like the brushed finish and styling. I was able to install it in under an hour with just a crescent wrench and Phillips screwdriver. I was looking for a high flow option and the description said 1.8 gpm but the manuals states that it is 1.5 gpm. Not as much as expected but still sufficient to rinse dishes and fill pans as expected.Happy with the purchase and would recommend for anyone looking for a high quality solution that looks good and won't break the bank.

A truly outstanding and attractive faucet
Bought this open box for close to $300 below Delta’s list price. All the parts and instructions were included. It is so easy to use and beautiful to look at. The design was very well thought out, making it easy to install and giving it an expected long life. In fact, Delta warrantees it for life. This is a USA designed and manufactured product, not some cheap import.Pros: handle is very easy to operate. Spout rotates very easily. The hose retracts very well and locks in at the top of travel with magnetic attraction. The sprayer buttons operate smoothly and function perfectly. I love the finish — I just love oil rubbed bronze, though it is usually a bit more expensive and getting more difficult to find. I was a bit concerned when ordering it because I was installing it in our RV. Our water pressure is not very high. Would we have adequate flow pressure to operate the sprayer, given the Federally required flow restrictor (stupid)? The answer is an absolute yes!Cons: Delta’s control module has a slightly spherical action that makes it difficult to maintain the same flow rate as you’re modulating the handle through the temperature range. Not a huge deal, but it’s just not quite as user friendly as, say, Moen’s design where you can easily modulate the temperature between hot and cold without affecting the flow rate. Also, when you shut off the flow, you have to return the handle to the center of the temperature control range or the faucet will drip. It just requires you to get into that habit. Conclusion: Even with the heavily discounted price, this is an expensive faucet. But the quality is outstanding, and given my history with Delta products, I am convinced it will give decades of trouble-free service. Contrast this with some of the foreign made junk that looks good at first but only lasts a year or two. I also know from experience that if you ever do need tech assistance or parts, Delta’s Support is here and ready to help. I’ve called and asked for parts for very old faucets, and they’ve sent them quickly, without need for proof of purchase, and at no charge.

Good but not perfect
I purchased the "touch" version of this faucet a couple of months ago, and had it installed by a professional. Although there are some "cons" about this faucet that I have listed below for which I have deducted a star, overall I am happy with it.PROS:- The touch feature is very handy and saves water.- The LED water temperature indicator is helpful.- The faucet moves well from side to side, and the faucet head pulls down and retracts well.- The faucet looks great and requires much less cleaning than a regular faucet.- Customer service was easy to contact and was responsive when an issue arose during installation(see below for more on that).- The option to power the "touch" function with a battery unit that sits under the sink instead of with a hardwired electricity connection simplifies what otherwise would be a more expensive and complicated install. After two months of use, I have yet to change the batteries.CONS:- The sprayer mode uses two parallel sets of jets with a gap in between. I would rather there was no gap or a smaller gap.- Sometimes the water turns off without the faucet being touched. This is currently not a big deal because a touch turns the faucet back on. Hopefully, the problem will not worsen.- While washing dishes in sprayer mode, there is a good amount of splash. You can reduce the impact by reducing water flow. This is probably no different from most kitchen faucet sprayers.- The less-splatter "bubble" option has some limitations. You have to press a button and keep holding it down if you want to use this mode, leaving only one hand free while using it. It only reduces splatter if you pull down the faucet head and hold it close to the items you are washing. If you don't pull down the faucet head, the spray after the bubble has a very wide dispersal pattern that still gets water on my counter. I don't see it as an improvement on the sprayer as I can also reduce splashing from the sprayer by pulling down the faucet head when I am using it and I don't have to keep pressing a button while I am using it. This feature is a great concept but it could stand improvement.- After the faucet was installed, it leaked whenever it was touched "off." I called customer service, which advised that the faucet would have to be flushed to remove apparent debris in the mechanism from the install process, something that would require me to spend money on a plumber to do. Thankfully, the leaking resolved on its own after 2-3 weeks. The service call was, however, a good experience, without a long wait time and with a knowledgeable representative.

Need a new faucet
We bought our house about 12 years ago and it was already about five years old. It had a silver delta faucet on it so it was time to replace it. I’m my kitchen is a dark cherry wood cabinets so I decided to go all bronze as far as decorating you know so I just thought well might as well get a bronze faucet and even though my sink is still silver, it does look really, really pretty and I get a lot of compliments on it. I love that you just tap it and it turns it off that I really like a lot and it also has a light on it that tells you when the water is cold when it’s going to get warm and when it’s gonna get hot changes from blue yellow to red, it is really cool and we get a lot of compliments on it too so we’ve had it for a while and we’ve had no problems with it so you won’t regret it if you get one, it’s worth the price
