Bought this tablet as I'm learning Japanese and the easiest way to remember Kanji is to write them again and again and again. Rather than using endless pieces of paper I figured a tablet would be a better idea.The screen is not amazingly bright but for what most people will need it to do I'm not sure that's a problem, it's not backlit so what did you expect? Device is responsive and works well with the pen included. Instructions do say you can use your fingernail but honestly it seems more work than needed.Tablet is very very thin. For me this is great as it means I'll be able to throw it in my bag without adding much weight but if you're buying it for a kid or are heavy handed it might be easy to break (I don't have money to waste trying to break it!)Takes a removable battery. Battery is easy to access and appears to be a watch battery which means easy to purchase and replace.Altogether I'm really really happy with this purchase.

I got two of these, pink and blue for our children. They are easy to use and the little watch batteries last for ages. I have had my children standing on them to draw around their feet, so they're hard wearing too! You also don;t have to use the provided stylus, anything with an edge (like your finger nail) will write.Both my children love them and we have found them very useful for practicing hand writing, a must have for 2+ yrs old.

Honesty such an amazing invention! I only heard of these through a friend so I bought one for my toddler! No ink, no mess which means no drawing on the walls or anywhere else haha.Only thing I would say is it could do with a string for the pen so it doesn’t get lost but I have improvised and used a pretty ribbon :)

Easy to use, durable and lightweight,since this isnt an active backlit screen it can be hard to read in dark places, but i expected that coming into it, just a forwarning for anyone not aware.kids love drawing in car and easy to throw in bag when heading to family outages, no mess with pens in car journyes.daughter (5) uses it to do homework and learn writing/maths skills, youngest uses it to doodle and learn drawing and writing skills (she just turned 4)no complaints for the price. so far good battery life.

I bought this over a cheaper one and on a black Friday deal and its good. The item is light weight and does what it says. It's a novelty item my kids will love and the fact i have got a green and a pink is great as they will know which is theirs. The writing is visible best at certain angles but is definitely easy to see.

I didn't really know what to expect with this tablet. I was disappointed at first as the lines seemed faint. If anything after a few days use it seems brighter than when we first tried it but maybe we're just pressing harder!The self-adhesive magnet isn't very strong and I pulled it back off. The pad slid down the fridge door.If I have one gripe it's the lack of a locking feature on the delete button. Be careful if you're using this to put phone numbers etc. on as it all disappears at the touch of a button.

So far this has proved to be an excellent buy. It has kept grandkids intelligently entertained by leting them practice and develop their alphabet and simple mathes skills without having to search for pens and paper. they regard it as very grown up to have an electronic screen device. For the price it is a great way to educate and entertain children , have bought a couple more for friends to use when their grandkids visit.

This was a huge hit with the Grandchildren I purchased 4..regardless of the other high tech things I purchased this was the No.1 hit..Age group for the children is 10..12 they spent hours on it. Easy to use really great value for money.. I was surprised how reasonable the price was!! I could 100% recomend .. homework could be turned into fun also!!
