I love this little drone. Such good fun, one small thing is that the control doesn't have any reference to what the buttons actually do, you need to read the instructions and learn the controls, or do what I did and print little stickers with the controls on them. Stick them on and you are good to go. That's the only reason it wasn't a 5 star. Great drone, nice tricks, great speed levels. Stable to fly.

Has 5-10 minute flight time, sometimes doesn't sync with the controller if you turn it off and on again after 5 mins of continuous flight. It's still a good drone and it can do flips that gets drunk people really hyped up. (10 pence GBP for scale)

I got this quad copter for a twelve year old who found it fun to use, with a little learning about how to fly and execute stunt moves. The box advises suitability for ages 14+ and I would agree not go too much younger than this. The copter takes about 50-60 mins to charge fully, with about 5-7 mins of flight time, which sounds not too long, but appears to be about average for a machine of this size. The controller takes 4 AAA batteries and the copter itself can be charged via a lead in the controller or otherwise via a USB cable that plugs into your computer, phone charger or power bank. The instructions advise flying in a wide open area, but when we used it indoors there was excellent control of the copter, much better than similar products we have used in the past. You use two joysticks to arm the motors, then a one button press to launch the copter which then hovers at a certain level above ground until you give it further instructions via the joysticks and control keys. Joy stick control was quite straight forward, but remembering the functions of the key controls was tricky. There are ten key controls: four fine-tune the static hovering ability, two are for take-off/landing, one spins the copter, one control the speed of movement in three increments, the others are for one key return and for headless mode (which appears to switch on/off it's orientation). Some reviewers have found it helpful to label these buttons, while I decided to place a small diagram reminder inside the window, center of the controller. In practice we are using half of these buttons. The cool trick of flipping the copter 360 degrees is done with the right joystick, which also controls left, right, forward and back; the left joystick controls up, down and orientation. The joysticks are very responsive and make controlling the copter very easy. Outdoors, the copter is so small and light that it is easily affected by wind and breeze, so a wide open area is a must, or else you lose the copter where it cannot be retrieved. Overall I think that for the price bracket, this made a good gift for my twelve year old who thinks it is cool and is enjoying playing with it.

My son bought this with his Xmas money, the drone itself is great, however, the lead to charge it has stopped working suddenly, I have tried it in three different plugs with no joy. I can't find anywhere how to contact the seller! So final resort is to leave feedback and hope they get in contact with me!

Took me a while to get it to work but my son aged 8 figured it out straight away. I think it’s great value for money and he thinks it’s great so happy son, happy mum

Definitely do not buy

This little drone is a perfect starter drone! I bought it so that I could learn to use the controls and get used to the feel of its maneuvers. This drone does not have a camera, but for this price, one would not expect a camera. It is a tiny drone . I use it for inside the house to practice to move around objects. I likely would not take it outside as I would be afraid that it would get stuck in a tree. Although, for the price, one can easily replace it! When I master navigating this, I will move on to a more sophisticated drone. For now, this is perfect and fun! If I had a cat, it would LOVE this! lol!

Absolutely brilliant little drone once you get use to it me and my son absolutely love it it's so quick and easy to master once you gotten use to it. Value for money
