Q: Will a camp oven sit on this? Basicly just a steel box with a door & a front facing thermometer. Usually made for a propane type stove.

If you're talking about something like the Coleman camp oven, It will but you'll have to play around with the position. It's doable though. The rocket stove only has 3 risers so finding a good position for some cookware items takes a little more finesse. Sometimes we'll put a small grate on top of the stove and then put the pots, pans or whatever on top of that. That part mostly only matters with items that are smaller in diameter than the radius of the 3 risers. Larger stuff fits o.k. and sits solid. Great stove though and tough enough that we use our cast iron on it with no worries at all. Hope this helps and good luck!

Q: Does this come with a carry/transport bag?

Mine didn't but it also did not mention one in the listing, so I knew not to expect one.
