Good Epoxy Kit
The media could not be loaded. Complete kit with everything you need to epoxy your bathtub! Comes with plenty of materials for a full tub. Includes a pair of gloves, a paintbrush, a mini roller, and three sheets of 120-grit sandpaper. These materials are suitable but not the highest quality, so you may want to supply your own. It also doesn't come with materials to remove existing or old silicone or other materials on the tub, such as razors or scrubbing pads, so make sure you consider removal needs. I still need to use it, but the directions seem straightforward and easy to follow. This is an excellent option if you want a kit with all the basics!

Completely fell apart during first shower
So. I mixed the hardener with the paint, and poured along the edges as the instructions said to do. I used the brush and roller to spread it all evenly along the bottom and sides. 24 hours later it was still a little tacky, so I put a fan on it, another 24 hours later it felt as if it had hardened up. So I decided it'd be fine to take a shower, the instructions say it should be good to go in 24, so 48 should've been plenty. Halfway through the shower I notice it's starting to peel apart on the bottom edge, uh oh, so I stop the shower and inspect it closer. The top had dried and was hard to the touch but underneath was still wet and tacky, as soon as the little bit had started peeling up water seeped underneath and the whole bottom of the tub was a bubble. I peeled it away further, accepting that it didn't work and now my whole tub is a white sticky mess. Maybe I'm an idiot, but this just caused a whole new problem

No insane fumes but my bathtub proved to be too challenging
I was refinishing two rental bathtubs. I had one really challenging one. I've refinished maybe 5 bathtubs in my lifetime and this one was just miserable. It was so slick and slippery and no matter how much I sanded I couldn't get it to be any rougher. It was weird. I was using a palm sander too. I tried another kit before this one and it peeled off, and then I tried this one and it peeled off as well. I used pretty much the same kit on the other normal textured bathtub and it stuck fine so I was quite flabbergasted. Anyway I don't think its the problem of this kit. My last ditch resort is to use the big box store kit that smells so bad I almost pass out even with a mask. I'll probably give that a try and then give up forever.

fixes my old bathtub nicely and easy to do yourself
I have dealt with epoxy before so I knew what I was getting myself into and if this is your first DIY then I would suggest that you first watch a few videos and get acquainted with all the mistakes people can do with epoxy before going into this. It does dry up pretty fast but it worked very well and it renewed my old bathtub very nicely and I had no issues at all. The surface is nice and smooth and clean now and I love taking showers in this. One thing is I would definitely wait the whole week before getting into it for extra safe precautions. Always wear a mask and be in a ventilated area as well so open up the windows and get a fan in the bathroom if you can.

Easy to use, looks great after refinish
You will need more than one kit most likely as we did to cover the entire tub. That said the instructions were easy to follow and the kit was easy to use. Our tub had a lot of the finish worn off and several large nicks. This kit had no trouble with those and so far is holding up as expected. Should this refinish start to wear off we will update this review.

It didn't work and now I have a huge mess.
I used this product on my bathtub one week ago today and it is still not completely dry. I put a little water on my tub and the paint is buubling up. I am going to have to strip it all off.
