this item has arrived in poor condition
wrapped in tissue paper which has stuck to the item cannot clean as it says in the instructions don't clean with water only a dry cloth, handle with white gloves provided, no gloves in box and the base cap will not unscrew

That you can not use this item in a grave plot. Thought all urns must be biodegradable wish I never purchased it!
