Absolute rubbish
Fiddly, flimsy, hard to clean. It is significantly easier to use a knife and a chopping board than this piece of rubbish. Rubber feet/spacers fall off - even before first use and the whole thing feels as if is about to break before it can get anywhere near cutting through a whole half onion. Can't believe anyone in their right mind would find a practical use for this. The whole thing feels like a joke. Can't believe this is actually for sale.

So many disappointments with the Rouncer
I very much wanted to like this product, but have to admit to being pretty disappointed. The biggest problem is that it simply doesn’t do the main job it promotes – namely the ‘5 second dicing of onions’. And there are other problems, too.Using the rounded blades, which are specifically designed to dice an onion whilst leaving the skin behind, was a disaster. I followed the instructions carefully (such as they are) but each time I tried it I found the force needed to make the cuts work was simply unachievable – and I’m a big, hefty person and can put a lot of pressure on it. Because the product is plastic (despite the colours, I expected it to be a metal body) you’re also aware that you need to be careful of the force you use or you could well break it. The result from my onion ‘chopping’ was just a mush of onion, caught up between the dicing blades. On its next use, I used the flat chopping blades and these worked better. I first had to cut the onions, peppers, etc, into quite small pieces before putting them on the yellow ‘stand’ and, quite forcefully, bringing the chopping blades down. The result was better – but overall, it would probably have been quicker to chop them by hand. The only advantage was that it didn’t make my eyes water when using the Rouncer to chop the pieces of onion.A further problem is the yellow stand, which has to be positioned exactly in place or it, too, will start being sliced by the very sharp cutters. Unfortunately, the slots which are there to position the stand are not exact enough, and on my first attempt I did, indeed, end up slicing bits off the stand itself. Because it is not held down, merely positioned below the blades, it also keeps sticking onto the blades/food and you often have to keep prizing it off again when you do a ‘chop’. This all adds to the overall time it takes to do its job.I’ve also used the grating blades on cheese. This worked fine, but my old grater worked just as well, if not better, since the actual grating area is just a relatively small circle. There are eight tiny little rubber feet that constantly fall out – a poor design fault, in my view. I’ve even resorted to trying to superglue them into place, but some still fell out again. You WILL lose these in a very short space of time – be warned. And, another annoyance, it is so difficult to clean the blades after use. There is a provided ‘cleaning tool’ (which doubles up as the previously mentioned yellow stand) that you can use to push bits of stuck onion, etc, out of the blades to help with cleaning. But, again, this is only partly successful, and I find that even after vigorous washing I need to spend five minutes, or so, pushing remnants of stuck food out with a cocktail stick.I have not tried any of the spiral cutting tools, so I cannot comment on their success or otherwise.Overall, this tool does some jobs (mainly using the flat cutters) satisfactorily, and others very poorly. So what you end up with is a very overpriced slicer/dicer/grater that I already find I’m becoming reluctant to use since by the time you’ve set everything up and, later, cleaned it all you could probably do most of the jobs you wanted to do ten times quicker by hand.

Disappointing outcome of a product!
I agree with Jonty. As I backed this on Kickstarter too, I was really looking forward to saving time in the kitchen. When it finally arrived, I tried slice img an onion the next night. The blades struggled to cut into the half onion and when they did finally get some of the way, I spent the next 10 mins, forget 5 secs, trying to extract the stuck onion from between the blades! Sadly the onion slicing and dicing doesn't work at all well. However, I think the other slicer attachments should be ok. By the way the instruction booklet is very poorly put together and "the video" that they keep prompting you to watch for further guidance is the same initial campaign video from Kickstarter. The video is a time lapsed filming and is as good an instructional aid as a chocolate fire guard!

A waste of money
I also backed on Kickstarter and when it eventually turned ip I was excited to give it a go. Well could not cut a courgette, an onion. Just putting the blade in the spiralizer was dangerous I was worried for my fingers. Due to the design you can only go through 3/4 of the veg and so you either have to chop it waste the rest of the veg.You can probably do a better quicker and less messy job with a knife.

Looks nice but utterly useless.
I backed this product on Kickstarter and wish I had burnt £30 instead. Can't even cut a tomato with it. Don't waste your money.

The worst product ever!
It is one of the worst kitchen aids I have never owned. The design is bad, requires a huge amount of force to use it and you end frustrated. I can't even give it away as I would never do this to anybody. It goes straight to the garbage bin.
