A great non-stick pan that is easy to cook with and east to clean. It is quite heavy, so I am careful placing i onto the glass range top and use two hands to move it while cleaning and storing. The ceramic surface takes some special care and metal spatulas, spoons, knifes should not be used on it. It is now my favorite non-stick griddle.

First use and I loved it. Pancakes 4 at a time, cooked perfectly in medium low, no mess. It is more heavy than I expected. I hope I won't have to change my review later.

Beautiful pan. Love it so far, non stick is a dream as is cleaning. Perfect size for making a few grilled sandwiches.

We bought this griddle pan based on the positive reviews specifically to cook pancakes. We followed all instructions to the letter. On the first (and last) try the pancakes stuck to the pan surface which made a mess of the pancakes. After waiting for the pan to cool, I could not clean off the surface with dish soap and sponge. As per instructions I then used baking soda and vinegar. After a half dozen repeats and about a half hour of scrubbing it finally was clean. Absolutely the worst. I can only assume this pan was somehow defective because nobody would buy this product otherwise. Going back to old Teflon. Returned!Update: Caraway customer service contacted me. They refunded by money and offered a free replacement pan. Excellent customer service. We’ll see if the new pan is better.

LOVE this pan!

Was really excited to get this, but I was sad to see the dings, nicks and paint overspray on the cooking surface. The packaging was perfect so I couldn’t believe the imperfections, slight but for almost $200 unacceptable. Returned with no issues and I’ll keep looking for the perfect griddle.
