Took apart my dana 44 front end and needle scaler to all the rust scale.Then used a wire wheel on the angle grinder to clean up some more.I applied 2 coats of Oshpo using a paint brush with 24 hours in between coats.Then washed everything with dish soap amd a powerwasher.It did an amazing job of converting all of the orange rust into a black phosphorus. Left a white residue too.Came out absolutely perfect destroyed every bit of rust on the parts.I finished my job with 2 coats of rustoleum black and feel very confident that all the rust is completely gone.I will be using this product only for the rest of my life whenever I'm trying to clean up rust.

This is the best rust remover/converter out there. I use it before priming and painting all of my metal fabrications and projects. Works great and has been around for a long time.

Got rust, you need this. This converts the rust to a compound that will not continue to rust under a coat of paint. Remove as much as possible, apply this, allow to dry, and repaint.

I put it in a spray bottle and soak the areasDO NOT USE THIS OVER CONCRETE SURFACES IT will damage itIt’s very effective at turning the rust black and does seem to stop it. I’ve got a Datsun pickup and they all succumb to rust…this has helped me keep it under control

I have used it before so I knew how it worked. What I didn't like was the bottle had about 2 inches of liquid missing, compared to the picture. That was disappointing.

I used this to prep a metal locker that I contemplated tossing. Ospho made it possible for me to keep the locker, which I then painted. Wonderful stuff!

Tried a couple test spots, it doesn't turn the rust to black like every other rust converter I've used does.After a few days it turns to a chalky powder. Got totally screwed with this purchase. DO NOT BUY, IT DOESN'T WORK. Says I can't return it because it can't be shipped, eventhough it was shipped to me. TOTAL RIP OFF. SCAM!!!

It works great! After brushing the loose rust off the underside of my truck, I applied this with a spray bottle. Let it dry for a day to do its magic and then put on rustproofing spray. Hopefully get another 35 years out of my truck!
