Great pain relief
I purchased this pillow several months ago. There was a one-night adjustment period (no discomfort, just adjusting to a different shape). I have had a great relief in neck/shoulder pain with this pillow. It is sturdy, well made, and amazingly comfortable. I highly recommend it!

Give it time
The pillow comes in an airtight container and it needs a while to expand.I’m glad I waited because my neck had really hurt, so after a few days my neck started feeling better. Now my neck feels so much better. This pillow is all I use now
