DON'T BUY. DONT BE TRICKED. CUST SVC IS HORRIBLE.
Horrible. I was excited to receive. There is no software so you have to download yourself, the ink fades when you wash garments. When I returned the accused me of keeping ink. WHY keep it I'd it doesn work. We spend all this money thinking we are getting a great product,then when we dont and want to return, they dont want to refund what THEY owe back to consumers. This is going on all my blogs and social media. Just this company in general. It's so sad and people need to know the truth. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I have not had issues with anything I've got from Amazon or other companies....until now.
