I bought this pot just over a year ago. I basically use it on the weekends only. Pours well. My only issue was the rim and that I could not get all the water out when I would clean it. I have loved it otherwise; the coffee was so good and hot. Now, In the last two weeks it has not heated the water sufficiently and my coffee is now lukewarm. Disappointed.

I've had this for a few months now and it's been working great. I've never compared it to an external thermometer, but it seems to be heating accordingly to my adjustments. Great for making tea. Also awesome for making pour-overs, given the shape of the spout.

After unboxing it I found out it wasn’t the stainless steel version, but black. Never in the description did it say that I was buying for the black version. All of the pictures show the stainless steel pot and no choice for a black version. So, here I’m thinking I’m going to be getting the stainless steel version and to my disappointment I somehow got the matte black version that I never chose and wasn’t even a choice for. The inside was not clean and looked like there was already erosion occurring. Also, there is some plastic little piece on the inside of the lid which I have no idea what the point of that is. Will be returning immediately.

This has been used every day for a year with no problems at all. The temperature control is very good, it works FAST, and it's easy to clean with the occasional vinegar/water mix.

This product broke after just a few times of use. It just wouldn’t turn on even while plugged in. When I communicated back to the company, they requested a video. When I sent a video, they send the file was too large. Receiving a defective product and then jumping through hoops and still not receiving resolution has been very frustrating. I do not recommend this product.

The kettle works fine. My only caution would be not to fill it up too high since at boiling point the water will shoot out the three air holes in the lid so that could be dangerous! I possibly didn't pay attention as to how much water i had put in the first time i used it!

I bought this kettle for our office kitchen. It is easy to use. The temperature adjustment and the 'keep warm' features both work very well. The goose-neck spout ensures you never splash while pouring.I really like that there is no exposed element, so no calcium build-up.The handle is comfortable, and the buttons are high enough up on the handle that you don't bump them while you pick it up.Also, there is no plastic on the inside of the kettle at all - just stainless steel.The only thing that I find a little odd in the placement of the temperature adjustment buttons: Intuitively I expect the temperature increase button to be on the right and the decrease on the left, but they are reversed. But I'm getting used to it, so it's not a really big deal.Overall, an excellent kettle.
