Good for ladies with long hair tied up
It's a little large which makes it easy to put on but when swimming on your back it can let in water if you have short hair.

Got an adult size to start but it was way too big, called the company, they gave me a free post address and by the next week I had a junior size replacement that works just fine. 😀
