damaged due to poor/lack off packing protection
Package arrived in only a box and plastic bag which has allowed the clamp to get lots of paint chipped away, the foam (desk protector) pad to have a few tears in and worse allowed there to be a giant dent in the top of the pole making adding the monitor mounts almost impossible, overall the product looks to be good quality but mine has arrived really beat up and damaged
