It'll do for now until I purchase a different one.
It comes with a vent clip or a sticker application to put on any flat surface of your dashboard. I don't have a flat enough surface so I had to go with the vent clip. I do not use the charging option as I am afraid to mess up my phone (I'ts happened to my brother using a charger he bought from the internet instead of the original charger the phone came with). I did give 2 stars less due to the fact that it holds my galaxy S8 good but only in an upright position. When trying to turn my phone to widen the screen the hooks start opening & doesn't quite hold my phone well, if I hit a bump it falls. Also in an upright position when I hit cracks or bumps on the road the weight of my phone is too much for the stand that it bends down & I'm having to constantly bring it back up to an upright position. Annoying but it'll do for now until I purchase a different one.

It falls apart and the cable retention is terrible
Worked well until the side piece disconnected inside. The cable was always so loose it fell out, and I opened it and fixed the side piece however it’s barely held on and a few days later same thing happened. So it’s not designed to handle any level of actual use, aside from putting your phone in it. Ultimately I can’t do that, abd the charger still falls out. The charger cord has been an issue the entire time. Meh, wish I had bought something else.

Vent clip not long enough to stay attached
I've tried this in two different vehicles so far. The main issue is with the vent clip. The length is too short, so they come off very easily. I have two of these, can't use either.

Good enough for the money
It works well, the only issues are that the arms are really loose and the charging cable fits loosely so I'm wondering if it will fall out.

Does not last. Not worth the money.
This product worked well for a couple of months but the vent clip broke off. Can't use it anymore. Money down the drain.

Do not waste your money
The vent attachment is so weak that it can’t survive a slow left turn. Would not by again.
