The best knife for cutting meat!
I like that this knife folds up. I have little kids and it is hard to always keep track of little hands, so it is nice to have a sharp knife that isn't taking up valuable counter space. It really does make precision cuts and does so smoothly and almost effortlessly. It can also be portable for camping which is great! I would definitely purchase again!
