This is excellent for Kali/Arnis stick sparring. The full protection and thick liner are great. Use it weekly for training and it's held up well.

Great helmet, arrived damaged
The helmet is excellent quality, but mine showed up with a perforated liner that I am going to have to patch with duct tape. I’m not sure how common this is for this equipment seller, but this is my first and only item from them and it is damaged. I need to use it immediately, so I cannot send it back. Just things to consider. Otherwise, it was easy to get and arrived quickly, and reasonably priced.

sub par mesh band
I got this mask when I first started training for hema martial arts over all it is not a bad mask and I like the fact that you can wash the liner how ever for the price listed here you could almost buy two af masks which are the same newton rating and in my opinion more durable on account that they have a rubber band around the face mesh which is practically impossible to damage through regular use where this mask has a fabric one that on my mask has torn in several places due to wear and glancing blows ...
